What the labels mean
“Denied” describes the named application; “withdrawn” means it was pulled. Neither rules out a new proposal. Approval and construction are separate milestones. An appeal does not automatically suspend work. Operator-reported construction is identified as such.
We preserve dated developments on each project page. Older records remain useful history but should not be read as freshly issued decisions. The collection does not assign a share of the outcome to any person or organization, or infer foreign direction from local opposition.
